Attitude and perception is everything

Power in choice is given everyday

Honour your inner wisdom

Brave are your choices made to follow your own path

Release the rules placed upon you by others

Especially when they begin to chain and restrain your freedom to be you

You deserve to feel safe within your own life

Trust the empowerment

Give it a chance before dismissal

Trust action over words

People can tell you anything, but actions tell you everything

Change is life and existence...

Everything comes to an end...
Everything must eventually be paid for
And one day you have to draw a line underneath it all and add it all up

If you can release it from your hands, then you should be able to release it from your mind

Separate observation from preconception

You cannot remain at war between what you want to say and what you should say...

Its okay to be mentally and emotionally tired

Acknowledge that these moments have taken too much from you

Feel what you feel...

There is no rule book to follow on how to handle all that life throws at you

Do the best you can in your own way

Give yourself the space to work through it

You are on your own timeline

Embrace your purpose wished

Move forward like you have nothing to prove
