You are allowed to outgrow everything that you once tolerated

To release all that no longer serves you well

Forgiveness is a power...

To receive it...

To withhold it...

And to bestow it upon yourself...

It is some of the hardest work we will ever do

Own your footsteps forward

Embrace your power...

Rise with the brightness of the sun

With confidence in being the best version of you

Growth from what was is now choosing not to reopen the door to the past

Refuse to give up the peace you fought for and won

Because there is always going to be people in your life who change your trajectory

They will walk into your life for a moment, a lifetime, or anytime in between

They are going to disrupt something in your life that will challenge you completely

It will trigger your beliefs and cause you to re-examine your values

Trying desperately to cause hesitation with the place in which you stand

Know that these people will teach you...

And they will probably be taught by you...

That when you choose continued behaviour, you also choose the consequences that come with it

Reminding you now that lessons in life's existence happen always
