"Your Time Now"

 

Every moment is a fresh beginning...

It's life's request to believe in yourself...

To trust your capacity before you have the experience to prove it...

It calls your name to step forward to the challenge

Even when you still carry doubt about the outcome

It is the very act of stepping up...

When you do not quite feel ready, but you do it anyways...

That is when you become who you are here to be

Space given does not change the past

It allows you to restore your standards

Lingering shadows only prove that light is still there

Small steps forward are still progress

Your journey always begins from within

Heal the root, your core, so the tree is stable

Understand the difference between difficult and easy

Sometimes other people's easy stuff is your difficult stuff

And sometimes its the other way around...

It all depends on perspective

We all have different strengths and weaknesses

Be proud of your determination

Courage is brave...

Your broken never defines you

Its the determination in reconstruction that does...

You spend so much energy wishing for time within different chapters of your story

But the only thing that you are actually given is the present moment

What you do with it is the difference made...

The decision is, what to do with the time given to you?

You don't get to choose how long you are here

Or how many sunrises you have left...

You don't get to rewind, pause, or skip the hard parts

All you get is now...

So use up as much of today as you possibly can

Because you will never get this day ever again.

This chapter of life is called now...

The end of everything...

Can be the beginning of anything...

You are not a reflection of the people who cannot see you

Let the image run clear...

Understand that their disrespect comes from the fact that you are actually what they pretend to be

Don't ever let other people decide who you are

Stop letting fear waste life's moments

Remove the anchor...

Don't let the thought of the unknown keep you from starting over

You are allowed to outgrow everything that you once tolerated

To release all that no longer serves you well

Forgiveness is a power...

To give it...

To receive it...

To withhold it...

And to bestow it upon yourself...

It is some of the hardest work we will ever do

Own your footsteps forward

Embrace your power...

Rise with the brightness of the sun

With confidence in being the best version of you

Growth from what was is now choosing not to reopen the door to the past

Refuse to give up the peace you fought for and won

Because there is always going to be people in your life who change your trajectory

They will walk into your life for a moment, a lifetime, or anytime in between

They are going to disrupt something in your life that will challenge you completely

It will trigger your beliefs and cause you to re-examine your values

Trying desperately to cause hesitation with the place in which you stand

Know that these people will teach you...

And they will probably be taught by you...

That when you choose continued behaviour, you also choose the consequences that come with it

Reminding you now that lessons in life's existence happen always

Just like change...

"This One Life"

 

There is just this one life...

Where you get to choose where you go and what you can do...

And be who you wish to be...

You get to choose your mindset...

Your actions...

And your reactions...

Attitude and perception is everything

Power in choice is given every day

Honour your inner wisdom

Brave are your choices made to follow your own path

Release the rules placed upon you by others

Especially when they begin to chain and restrain your freedom to be you

You deserve to feel safe within your own life

Trust the empowerment

Give it a chance before dismissal

Trust action over words

People can tell you anything, but actions tell you everything

Change is life and existence...

Everything comes to an end...
Everything must eventually be paid for
And one day you have to draw a line underneath it all and add it all up

If you can release it from your hands, then you should be able to release it from your mind

Separate observation from preconception

You cannot remain at war between what you want to say and what you should say...

Its okay to be mentally and emotionally tired

Acknowledge that these moments have taken too much from you

Feel what you feel...

There is no rule book to follow on how to handle all that life throws at you

Do the best you can in your own way

Give yourself the space to work through it

You are on your own timeline

Embrace your purpose wished

Move forward like you have nothing to prove

Because peace can come as distance is placed.

"You Are Always"

 

There comes a point in time...

When a decision in choice has to be made...

To allow what comes next...

And actually mean it...

Boundaries only work when you enforce them

The goal is not to be right, but to live with the truth

Past wounds caused were never your fault

But the ownership of healing from them is your responsibility

To find peace, you have to be willing to lose the connection to chaos

Understand the limit in tolerance and when it has been reached

Deny the blame for their disrespect given to you

Don't let the fear of what could happen let nothing happen

Everyone carries some darkness...

The question is whether they hide it...

Use it...

Or are consumed by it...

It may not be realized now, but the thing that ended up hurting you the most, will also be the thing that changes your standards forever

Pain has a strange way of clarifying what you will never tolerate again

Like the saying goes, you either get better or you get bitter...

When you take what has been done to you and allow it to make you into a better person

Or you allow it to tear you apart piece by piece...

The choice belongs to you...

That is why when words fail, actions need to speak

The image that others have of you is not your responsibility to live up to

Release the weight of expectation...

Acknowledge the painful transition...

Know that you are not falling apart, but stepping into something different

Just like the moon going through phases of dark to light, and everything in between

It may not always appear with the same brightness...

But you are always still whole...

Existing and growing...

From a wound that once bled.
