Life is an echo...

What you send out...

Comes back...

Self-care is a different kind of love...

Believe in you...

Push your dreams into plans

Encouragement is sunshine to the being within

Understand the change needed...

Moments that cause you to detour from the path ahead

Are the obstacles we learn the most lessons from

We can and do adapt...

We have this ability carried within us as long as we allow it

Grant yourself the permission to be authentically you

Growth comes slowly, and sometimes painfully...

It reminds us of our humanity

Existence is the purpose of life

Our journey can and will probably shift...

We don't have to keep proving to others that we are okay

We are still worthy, even when we feel like we are not

Just because you feel something doesn't make it true

It is not a complete fact...

It is an emotion, and sometimes, that's all that it will ever be

Never give up on the being that you want to become

There is still time for you to be all that you want to be

Because at the end of it all, you will have as much life as you allow yourself

Especially when you come to understand that hurt does not own you

One brave step in any direction can change your entire life story

There is no other force known than a being determined to rise

So take this moment to remind yourself...

You are not stuck where you are unless you want to be

You are not behind...
