We are the lesson lived...

Because no amount of regret will alter the past

Second guessing doubt will not stop tomorrow from coming

Only the perspective of change will create your today

Embrace your authentic self...

The best apology only comes when behavior is changed...

Deny excess to those who continue to trespass across our boundary lines

Realize that silence always speaks in voices kept still

The light and dark...

And the shaded truth...

Having hope within change is the most important part of trust

Time moves us...

Greeting the day at dawn with a new horizon...

And we begin...

Today is not yesterday, and tomorrow has yet to be

Because the purpose of this life is not to simply endure it

We do stumble and fall...

Then we have the right and ability to rise and flourish again

Life is existence in experience from all the moments

And learning can be just as hard as unlearning...

When we allow ourselves to understand the difference

And just maybe, it is admitting that things do fall apart...

Because a day in this life can be hard to plan

But know this, beyond any doubt, the pieces do remain after...

And no one has the right to dictate how you put them back together again

Shame should never be given in the middle of a struggle simply because you are human...

Giving the permission to your being to rebuild yourself is the power of hope allowed

Oddly enough, this pain can give you strength...

It sheds a new light upon reality, bringing awareness to your blessings...

Offering the courage to detach the anchor to the conformity of others

Be this compass of change that you seek...

Clear your vision forward...

Acknowledge that some people unfortunately play the victim to the crimes they have committed

And that you are not responsible for their choices or point of view

Because sadly, you will lose some people along the road to discovery and healing

They tend to be the people who only identified with the broken version of you

Or even benefited from it...

Knowing the contrast between then and now is a choice taken...

It is proof that you are growing beyond that which use to hold you still

Because at the end of it all... or even at the beginning...

It is okay to set the heavy weight down

You don't always have to be so strong

Release the expectation...

Catch your breath...

You deserve this moment to remember

That regardless of it all...

You are still you underneath it all.

Because the existence of shadows...

Also means the presence of light...

Don't waste your time with worry

Use your energy to believe in you

It is us who give it meaning...

And maybe it's not a place in destination or something to be

Maybe it's to exist within the vibrant moments of connections made

The past is only a brief reflection within a lesson

Teach people how to treat you

By deciding what you will and won't except

Forget time in years...

You are present today...

In the center of it all you will find purpose

Peace can follow turmoil when allowed

Because wisdom comes from healed pain

Learn through experience...

Anger tells you where you feel powerless

Uncertainty speaks to the unbalance realized

And fear tells you that you care...

Emotions and feelings are not random

They are messengers speaking

Are you listening?

It is vital to remember your being

Silent battles fought and won should be celebrated

Be proud in those humble moments

Be more than an echo of a time gone by

I can and I am are some of the most powerful words believed or spoken

Brave is the soul speaking out

Rise...

Hold onto your spirit, never let it fade

Acknowledge the moment

And this is merely a drop in the ocean of living

Understand the realization of reality

To never sacrifice your peace for a being who only took pieces of you

Because that which we love so fiercely, has the most ability to destroy you

Time always reflects action...

Stop trying to make things right with those who fail to own their part in what went wrong

Learn that their poor behavior should not be laid upon you

To harm is a choice...

Recognize what belongs to you, and what does not...

Forgive yourself for the apology you were never given

Closure should never be tied to just one single word

Stop...

We become the moments collected

Remember, as the list grows of the things we are

We are not those things that have trespassed against us

We are not the sum of the heaviness sitting inside our mind

Reality always makes vision clear...

You are only invisible to those who do not truly see you

Dividing our perspective...

We hold back our understanding

Avoiding all conflict to keep the peace

We unknowingly begin a war within ourselves...

But regardless of fear, this battle ground needs to be fought and won

Because we have come to know the sad fact that some monsters do hide behind human hearts

So please, realize the distinction given...

You are what happens after this

The surviving, the healing, and the rebuilding...

It's something we unfortunately have to learn amongst the hard experiences of life

That there is nothing enlightened about reducing ourselves to nothing

Making ourselves small to make another feel bigger does not serve our world well
⁣⁣You deserve to be here just as much as them

Like the sun never apologizing for shining

Never apologize for being a human being

We were born to manifest the uniqueness that is within us

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate...

The true fact is, we are powerful beyond measure

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us and others

To be raw is to be real...

In our weakest moments, we find our strength

Out of our most fragile state, the broken pieces tend to stitch themselves back together from the fibers of our existence

With resolve we forge ahead our beings evolution

When you embrace the vulnerable it makes you courageous and brave

Observe and acknowledge the growth

Liberate yourself from the fear

From the shadows of the day, emerge changed

We are this transformation...

We begin where it ends...

Another horizon breaking...

Dawn casting its light...

A silver beam of moonlight transitioning into golden sunlight

A new chapter begins...

Remember that you don't have to approach this beginning with an all new plot line

Honour the past moments...

You are allowed to work through this story one page at a time

Maybe not now...

But someday you will come to understand that not everything that you lost was meant for you

It only crossed your path to teach you how to fight for yourself

To help you understand the worth and weight of life

If we listen as much as we speak...

Then we can learn and begin to understand...

That it's okay to release those beings who could not care for us

Those who didn't know how to...

And those who failed repeatedly to even try...

Because your absence will not make up for them not appreciating your presence

Reality always speaks clear...

You cannot heal by pretending not to be hurt

Acknowledge the change within

When you have outgrown the place where you reside

Self-care becomes worth the effort embraced, especially after hard lessons learned

Own your truth, so you don't believe someone else's lies...

Realize that a big part of who you are, is who you are not

Commit to your peace...

Don't give up upon the person you are becoming

Even when the next step is filled with things that have never been

Remember that life always carries the stories of the journey of us within existence

And every storm does run out of rain...

But time does not run out of another tomorrow.
