Days come...

Moments pass...

The sun rises and sets...

Feet move or stand completely still

There is choice in action

Let it hold you back or let it fuel the empowerment within

Because giving love and kindness to yourself is never a waste of time

Change happens always...

We are daily growth

Little by little there is understanding

Authenticity matters more than perfection

Pay attention to the words as well as the actions

Hear what is said, but see how they act

Criticism of life usually comes from those who don't know the price you have had to pay to be where you are now

And sadly, some people wish to destroy you

Just because they recognize your power...

And its not because they don't see it

They see it, and they don't want it to exist...

Which brings us to the moment of realization

How we must unlearn those things that were taught to us by wounded people

Hold space within your being...

Set free the tears...

Let it all go...

There is validation within

You are allowed to take care of yourself

By processing or unloading any or all pain that you carry

Because it all matters

Your pain...

Your truth...

Your experiences matter

Healing yourself matters

Because you matter to this world around you.

Thoughts gather and merge...

Lined up beside another...

Like an army ready to fight...

Preparing for what is yet to come

Just so you don't have to admit defeat later

Until you realize...

Enough is a decision made

Emotions are meant for feeling

You have the right to protect your energy and space

Against those who continue to trespass across your boundaries

Because if you continuously give...

There will always be those who take...

Know your limit

Because those who abuse your kindness, don't have any...

Seek the betterment with yourself

Use words to speak differently

Inspire motivation...

Help yourself learn...

Heal the deeper parts within

And realize that their perception of you, is only a reflection of them

Navigate the uncertainty...

Infinite possibilities are not to be fought, but to be something embraced

Be what is known...

Life lived is feet moving forward by refusing to dwell in the past

It's the reminder given daily...

To never stop learning...

Because life never stops teaching

Its either the lesson you needed or the reward you deserved

Appreciate the strength found

By understanding the difference made

That faith and fear oddly enough have one thing in common

They both require you to believe in something that you cannot see.

Moments collect...

Thoughts take flight...

It is said, that above the clouds, the sky is always blue

But it can be hard to believe because you cannot see it

After the rain, the sun does appear

The difference is known to those who understand

But rarely helps those who refuse to learn

Perspective has the ability to change

And faith gives us strength...

To realize and know, that everything can break...

But what is broken?

Is it failure?

Is it everything undone?

Are the pieces laid out shattered?

Maybe we are the pieces mended together making us whole...

Because we are the definition and the meaning

It is as simple or as complicated as not thinking

Forgetting to remember or remembering to forget...

Why do we listen to others so intently?

We must allow ourselves to grow beyond yesterday

This is reality...

Our uniqueness is our very own

Acknowledge the change within

We are allowed the right

Fight back...

Fight for or against...

Do not stand idly by...

We are a collection within unity

Be brave...

Hold yourself high

Bring yourself back from the edge

Be proud of following your own footsteps

Bask within the sunlight and beam your inner glow

Offer no apologies for living...

From this day and coming night

Offer the moon your love of best intention

Because it has been there to, guiding us through the darkness of every night.

"Time Moving"

 

Sometimes we break...

And not because we are not strong enough...

But because what we try to carry with us is too heavy...

Or its not even ours to own

Questions automatically ask themselves

There is worth in understanding

Knowing the terms laid out and the expectations kept

Keeps truth within reality

We create our own being...

So why do we allow anothers mismatched definition label us?

There is a right held...

To release that which repeatedly harms you

You cannot be condemned with abandonment, if they are the ones who refuse to hold onto your hand wishing to leave

Why choose argument when they are committed to understanding you...

We validate ourselves...

Every time we choose the light of life instead of darkness

Every time we create a boundary kept

And every time we say, 'no”

Feel the release with everything in your being

There is something intriguing about getting to know the stronger version of yourself

The one that exists on the other side of pain and grief

Surviving is thriving...

If your not accountable for yourself, then who will be?

There is just this one life

Believe in yourself...

Make yourself proud

You have always been good enough

Breathe...

Be brave...

Exist in these moments

Because there is no, “right time”

Just time moving forward

And what you choose to do with it.

"Our Very Own"

It's odd...

How so many words fail at expressing thought...

They always become a little different after spoken...

Changing their intent or position...

Because their understanding or misunderstanding are not realized

Too many times truth is denied reality and covered up with lies...

So pay attention to actions taken

Intentions lead, but proof speaks loudest

Stop invalidating someones hurt...

Simply because you refuse to see that their experience is different from yours

Sometimes we do suffer more...

Because we expected and imagined something different

The most cruelty comes when belief is seen in the negative

When the overwhelming doubt is allowed to become self-hatred

The heart begins to ache under the weight

Shredding itself apart within an emotional hurricane

It drowns within the tears shed

And is deafened by the howling screams of broken

The willingness to hurt is made so simple

Yet the definition of the word has so many meanings

Destroyed...

Shattered...

Demoralized...

Please, clarify the exact meaning

And redefine the narrative...

Letting go is never an easy thing to do

No matter how many times you have rehearsed it or played it over inside your head

Like life, it never goes to plan

But we are choice, despite what we have been told...

There is no promise of later, or maybe one day, or even next time

Life does not wait...

And it may only ever send random fleeting reminders

That this moment could be everything, and it could be nothing

Action is thought in forward motion

Let it empower you or confine you...

Realize that we have our very own purpose

Before any other beings opinion mattered more than our own.

"Options Chosen"

 

Sometimes...

We keep our mouths closed...

Because it's done out of fear...

And if we opened them, we would never stop screaming

There is a balance...

And a heavy weight all placed upon a single point

Waiting...

Hoping...

Or praying...

Because some people seem to wish to break the already broken in another

Which then pushes fear to anger, aching for an immediate release

It's tragically sad...

How people who bully, are toxic and belittle others, will never change

They only alter and change their victims lives

Making the line of eyesight shift...

Some how it starts the belief found that there is truth in all the negative

Reality blends with nightmares

Until the heart runs out of options chosen

Will the realization be made?

That we desperately need to distance ourselves from those who never admit fault

Especially when everything they have done violates every definition of wrong

Is it known to those who are listening?

Just how much respect was held, until they ran your name through mud...

There is no misunderstanding...

To hurt, means to harm...

So with these action now taken

We must do our best to turn away from those people for the sole purpose of survival

Do not succumb to the darkness they wish for you upon baited breath

Deny any sort of supposed truth within the words, “that this life was not meant for me...”

Allow the light to happen always

Release the embrace of where you stand

You cannot rebuild yourself with every yesterday passed...

Motion forward calls you

Feel the calm and peace

And be found here within today's creation

Yesterday...

Was today's hope...

A wish made for another moment in living...

To witness our own creation daily

Because we are this existence

Learning on a forever changing time line

Never deny your capacity to feel

But limit the access to those who wish to use it against you

Do not censor your inner being to appease others

Stop rewarding inconsistency with unavailability

Set free the broken kept...

Shed the heavy weight...

The sharp pointed pieces only cause more harm when embraced

Letting go can mean so many things

It doesn't mean giving up...

Maybe it just means that after all this time you are finally beginning to see

That even without closure, you are worth a new beginning

That sometimes we just simply have to let it hurt

Feel it...

And then release it...

It is not your responsibility to confine yourself to anothers definition of completion

You are not obligated to suffocate your bloom in growth

Because someone refuses to grow with you

It's an intense truth...

But reality knows...

If they wish to destroy you...

Then your survival is offensive to them

This is why pain only creates change within you that you would never choose

But healing creates options you can change with choice

So acknowledge the ability within darkness

Its part of all of us...

But remember always

Without it...

We would never know the possibilities within the light.
