Gone
are the green days of summer
Even
the bright and vibrant colours of autumn have faded
And
frosty mornings now have settled in
The
moments and months have all blended together
Adding
up to another year spent
As
we approach the last few pages of this chapter
We
often let the mind circle back and reflect...
The
good with the bad mix together
Laughter
and happiness mingle through
Lessons
learned have left finger prints within us
Life's
natural balance weaving its tapestry in time
We
bare witness and are evidence of this each and every day
So
easily do some of us fall behind...
When
our mind fails in times of deep pain and darkness
We
need to remind ourselves... and others
That
we are more than these moments that hold us still
Allow
your soul to take the steps it needs to heal
By
placing one foot in front of the other and moving passed where you
stand now...
Is
the act of survival
Its
where it takes root, at the core of you...
We
must be greater than what we suffer
Nourish
the soul and seek out the inspiration
Approach
these moments with vigor, passion and conviction
Give
it your life because the reward is life itself
A
leap of faith requires you to jump
So
its both feet in
Forgiveness,
love, happiness, and peace...
It
all begins with us
Be
the keeper of the light that burns bright within you
As
