Sometimes the heart feels something the eyes cannot see

Because as I lay here

With my head resting upon your chest

I listen to the sound of your heart beating

Like a constant music note played

Feeling your skin beneath my fingertips

I draw lines and circles

Passion blossoms

Reminding me that there always has to be a seed before something will grow

We are here...

Existing in every vibrant second

The taste of a sweet kiss

The smell of your freshly washed skin

I look at you...

Holding me tightly in your eyes

Safety is the presence I feel

Warmth and strength embraces me

Content in this place of being

With you...

Time is this moment.
