At dawn it begins...

Every day presents you with two choices...

To see the problems...

Or to see the possibilities given...

Complain or choose to be thankful for what you have

To live in fear or to exist in hope

The difference between a heavy heart and a peaceful one is all about perspective

Sometimes suffering is just suffering

It does not make you stronger

But you have to acknowledge the hurt...

Speak up when people have trespassed beyond your boundaries

If you don't stop the pain...

Consequences will always remain

And the actions towards you will only end up becoming a safe space for their worst behaviours to remain

Guilt always makes people irrationally defensive

What do you regret more?

Your words?

Or your silence?

Sometimes deciding who you are, is also deciding who you will never be again

Life is all of these moments in existence...

Gratitude and joy are not just merely feelings

They are active choices taken

And when you choose them, they choose you...

Life begins to shift...

Because you saw the light within yourself

Even when others surrounded you with darkness cast

Strength of a committed heart shone through.
