One step at a time...

One day after another...

Yesterday becomes today...

And these moments now are all for you...

Because all small changes matter...

There is only ever two days that nothing can ever be done

One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow

These moments now are for you...

May you continue to disappoint those who place unfair expectations upon you

Never allow them to limit you to their narrow world view

Never play along with their created narrative they have made for you

Don't allow your past wounds to turn you into a being you are not

Because like all things, there is a beginning, a middle, and end

It's understanding how the difference changes everything

If someone shows you their true colours the first time,

don't try to repaint them

Misunderstandings abandoned in time only become the reasons for permanent distance

And constant forgiveness always ends with disconnect

The touch of pain has memory...

It's not the load that weighs you down, it's the way you carry it with you...

Making you realize that it's not really letting go of the past that is the problem

It's coming to terms with releasing the future that was never held

A lesson that is very hard to learn...

To surrender all that was to time...

By being present now, to the best of your ability...

To avoid places and people that require a reduced version of you to exist

Be you always and abundantly...

Practice patience and accept what you feel...

Stop punishing yourself for things you did not know at the time

Give yourself kindness and the benefit of the doubt

A few bad moments does not equal a bad life

Temporary discomfort is not meant to be permanent

All moments carry a space of growth

Burn bright the light within...

A flicker in the dark still counts...

What dims is still burning...

To shine bright once again.
