It's a realization worth understanding...

Because sometimes we want what we don't need...

It can take the being a long time to comprehend that not everything has a beautiful story

Not every person we feel something deep and moving for is meant to make a home within us

Sometimes the lesson is brief and short, yet can last a lifetime...

Reality is this, that we can miss something, and never want it back

No one ever truly talks about the strength it takes to stand with the decision to care for another at a distance

Some people would prefer to pretend that they didn't have feelings about it because it is uncomfortable

While others perceive it as emotionally weak

Society has created this false image...

So you are right, no one really talks about it, and very few speak openly about it...

Of how cutting a being from your life comes with so many stages of grief

Knowing that it is not what you wanted, but it has to be done out of necessity for the care of your well-being...

That honesty is not a goal to be achieved...

It is a standard with care...

You are allowed to hold people accountable

It unfortunately hurts for a reason...

To remind us of the cause and why...

This is why feelings never easily die

Especially when we keep feeding them with memories

Making the first few steps forward of moving on the hardest taken

Because silence can mean many things...

It can carry the presence of everything we are afraid to say

Or it can hold the absence of words within silence

Direction is more important than speed...

Choose you always...

You are not defined by your past or your mistakes

Echoes of what was can fade...

Tomorrow whispers of another chance from the darkness

To grow beyond and be better than before...

Making this one of the beautiful things about life...

That there is always the possibility for change.
