Remember...

Your feelings are valid...

Never allow another to speak for your heart...

What has been is past, and there is so much yet to be

Let no other write your story

All changes and alterations belong to you

Don't give power to the problem

Nothing haunts us more than the things we do not say

When things don't add up, subtract yourself

Feel proud for the battle fought and won

This life is yours to own...

Shame is the lie someone told you about yourself

And them blaming others for their actions is only yet another excuse used

Even when hope makes it difficult to see the truth, your intuition often knows where you stand

You can't manifest peace while holding onto resentment

If someone creates distance, honour their choice...

Refuse to chase after clarity when confusion remains the only offer

If they never return to address the issue, then sadly, this is where the connection ends

Do not hold a space where you are not valued

For far too long you have poured so much into others to keep them whole

All the while losing pieces of you...

It is only now that you learn that sometimes you have to leave people where they are at

Accept situations for what they are...

And not every action requires a reaction...

Choosing you is not abandonment to another

Its realigning your being...

Be the proof that it is possible to be hurt, yet choose kindness

Catch your breath...

Feel the strength in your capability

Brave is the footsteps forward in another direction

You are worth the effort and you are enough...

You have always been enough.
