You are not the same person you use to be

The things that you use to tolerate, are not intolerable now

Where you once remained silent, you are now speaking your truth

Where you once battled and argued, you are now choosing to conserve your strength

Because sadly, the lesson in history is that so many decide not to learn

And a toxic person only ever changes their victims, never themselves...

Refuse to apologize for how you feel, especially after being so deeply hurt

No one can control that...

Feelings and emotions happen always...

Allow yourself to give them permission to be seen and heard...

Being a good person doesn't guarantee that others will be good people too

We can only control ourselves...

By releasing the heaviness of things that no longer deserve our time, energy, and focus

Enabling you to move on with your life without resentment

You forgive you... not them...

You are not obligated to sacrifice your peace for those who are not at peace with themselves

We tend to outgrow people who are not growing with us

Because at the end of it all, some people never change

They simply just get better at hiding their true intentions and lies...

A dark void will never allow light

Learn who you are outside the boxes you have been shrunken into

Even strength must bow to wisdom sometimes...

Understand the value of your voice

Try to be informed, instead of being opinionated

Life is about finding yourself and creating your being into purpose

When we listen, we can hear someone into existence
