"Spaces Between Shadows"

In the moments

Added and subtracted...

Divided and then multiplied...

Realize this...

We are not the same being as we were yesterday

We have the greatest capacity to learn

Some lessons harder than others...

Many get forgotten

While a select few are etched within the fabric of our being

Everybody can use words for speaking

Its the intent...

The weight...

The feeling put within...

As well as behind them

The memory of each can be strange and bittersweet

Some cascade through the months

Carrying over with us, while others get locked away

Banned from existence...

How easily do we seem to forget the best dreams we have ever had

But we remember so many other things with such vibrant clarity

Forgiveness is the first allowance we should give ourselves

Happiness should not be filled with hesitation

Wonderment and excitement is best embraced and shared...

Reality is lived, not avoided

Surviving is rising up off your knee's after stumbling

Possibilities lay within creativity

Because when the light leaves

Be that shinning beacon within the darkness

Know that it's okay not to be okay

We are human...

Life reminds us of this every day

Let go of the heaviness

All that which does not serve you well

Breathe in peace

Cry...

Let the water go...

And save yourself from drowning...

Fill the void of spaces between shadows.
