Life is a series...

Reality is living...

Moments of natural and spontaneous changes...

With unforeseen curves in the road ahead

The highest of highs...

Along with the soul breaking lows...

Our being is the greatest project we will ever work on

Remind yourself to remember that you are allowed to step back

To restart...

Or reset...

And refocus as many times as you need...

Because sometimes its all about the chance taken

A choice to be brave...

To remind yourself that we are not responsible for the poor choices other people make

Never except excuses for cruelty...

Shame is the lie that someone told you about yourself

There is a difference in the stand that you take

You will forever be defiant to those who cannot manipulate you

Like all stories, there needs to be a villain...

So they pretend that you are evil...

Just to they don't have to feel guilty about the things they did to you

Simply because they well never understand anything beyond their level of blind perception

It becomes so easily forgotten...

That darkness does not destroy light, it defines it...

It is our fear of the dark that begins to cast the most shadows

To forget the past...

While only remembering the lesson learned...

Your best foot forward should only ever be done for you

There will always be opposition...

Because someone will never see your worth...

Please...

Don't ever let that be you.

"Only Yourself"

It's the ripple effect...

One action causes waves of motion...

We are only as blind as we want to be...

Pay attention to those who bring hostility and anger to your boundaries

Because this is the final line drawn...

Found there is the edge of understanding

Where their respect for you now ends...

Sometimes its not the pain, but who it comes from that hurts the most

The reality is bitter...

And brings forth a change to everything...

When all else fails we remember the words

You cannot change someone's behaviour by loving them or explaining it to them harder

You cannot stay where you are not welcomed

You must know without any hesitation that you are worthy of something other than second guessing

Be only where your presence matters...

The simple truth is, we are all healing from wounds and scars we never asked for

We do our best with what we have been given

It's one day or moment at a time...

As you are reminded of how ironic it is

That a lot of the time the darkness is where you begin to see the light

Just like a seed planted, you need both to grow...

And sometimes there is no other option to be given or taken

To move and carry on from what once held you back and silent

Tolerance has a limit...

Love and care can and do end...

And second chances are not an automatic given...

Never mistake a persons patience for permission of disrespect

There is a place that is held above all else..

One that should never to be trespassed against...

You can only control your actions

And the reaction to it all

You own only yourself...

Keep your heart beautiful...

The world within you needs more of this.

"Peace and Power"

 

A lot can change...

In a year...

A month...

And in a day...

All moments gathering and collecting

Many we forget, while others are worth while remembering

Some pages within your life story do come to an end

While other chapters close without closure...

Among the many lessons learned you now come to know this one

As you learn to differentiate between your intuition guiding you, and your past traumas misleading you

Grant yourself the permission to feel all the feelings...

But don't become the entire emotion

Witness it...

Allow it...

Then release it...

Meet the challenge with grace and respect

Truth will always reveal the true connection

Work on your boundaries...

You can't be everything to everyone and nothing to yourself

Release the burden of holding on...

Let go of the people who are okay with losing you

Anytime you find yourself repeatedly giving more energy than you receive, step back...

Take inventory of the scene before you

You are within your right to take back your energy, your peace and power

Let go of the blame...

Find your strength again...

Choose patience with yourself

Even when you are overwhelmed by the unknowns

Don't carry your mistakes around with you

Instead, place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones to rise above them

Because choosing you...

Is never something you should ever have to apologize for.

Truth is the key...

It breaks the locks...

Especially on all that fear and lies have tried to conceal...

Those honest moments open doors, which are always meant to be walked through

No existence can be fully lived by denying all that has brought you here today

Do your best to never cling to the past...

Because no matter how tight you hold on, it's already gone...

This is why you should never sacrifice yourself to burn, to keep another warm

Empty hands cannot give without holding onto your humanity first

Have the compassion and grace to know and understand the difference

Like most emotional wars, they are fought in silence

You've done the best you can with what you knew at the time

Don't let new wisdom condemn you over past struggles

Forgive and allow yourself to move beyond these moments

Focus your energy on answers, not excuses

Care does not simply vanish for another...

It diminishes over time when it is abused by the lack of appreciation

Change the view and perception...

Bare minimum is not effort...

Control is not caring...

Disrespect is not normal...

Respect should never be optional

Stop apologizing for surviving...

Keep the spark within lit, even when your hands are shaking

Never let the cold win...

You don't always have to know what comes next in your journey

Sometimes you just need to be where you are at

And to know that it's okay to be here

Existing and learning...

Accepting yourself as you are, right in this moment

Because finding some peace within yourself is just as important as the path ahead

To acknowledge that the future is there...

Waiting...

Beyond this present moment.
