It's your continued journey...

There will be moments of in between this and everything else...

When life reminds you every day that its a series of stages..

You may feel lost, angry, unseen, confused, or empty...

The difficult part is not to confuse these parts of transition with a forever state of being

You are not broken...

You are breaking away from what was, creating space to welcome what will be

It is never too late to be whoever you wish to be

There is no time limit, start whenever you want

You can change or stay the same...

But it does require you to acknowledge the difference in those choices

To make the best of it or allow the worst of it...

Maybe this chapter of your life is called resilience

A season of heavy steps forward where tears blend with resolve

A day when you choose to rise with the light, instead of falling with the darkness

Reminding yourself that there are going to be times when you feel like drowning within life

That no amount of guilt will solve the past...

And no amount of worry will redirect the future...

You are here and now living within existence

You owe no one access to the healed version of you if they ever once contributed to the broken one

Boundaries are not walls, they are gates you control

Allow yourself to be proud of surviving the storms that have passed

Self-love can and will be tough...
Sometimes it can feel abrasive with the ache of temporary discomfort

But it is a practice worth dedication..

Your being is worth the effort...

To be given the chance once again to blossom passed those moments when you where convinced you were failing or falling behind

It won't always be easy, and it wont always be beautiful

But that is life, us in the middle, and the balance of it all

Shaping you into the person you were meant to be

And despite all appearances, those things that were pushing you off your direction of path taken...

Were in fact leading you through it.
