Shine your light...

Placing it directly in front of your feet moving forward

You are what you give

Be what you need to be to your being

Embrace this moment until the next

Acknowledge the dark...

Doubt can only be removed by action

Rediscover your voice...

Staying silent does not necessarily mean safe

Criticism received usually comes from the void lacking in another

No one ever can justify the right to hurt you

It only ever becomes a very hard lesson learned

They teach you the depth in which you can be wounded

By leaving a human shaped hole within us...

A tidal wave of emotions...

And a hurricanes worth of change within...

Because most of our suffering comes from holding onto things that might have been, should have been, or could have been

Perspective and comprehension is key

The calmer you are, the clearer you are able to think

Sadly, there will always be someone who does not see your worth

Please, just don't allow that being to be you...

We all make mistakes

We do get it wrong...

Have the courage to see the difference

To be sorry...

Understand that change is possible

To look into the mirror and see more than a reflection

All the battles that you have over come are invisible

Hidden beneath the reflection

Is a human being trying.
