Choice...

Between now and yesterday...

Eyes focus...

The prospective has changed

Ordinary days live through us

Until we notice the extraordinary

The senses feed upon the constant motion

Peace of silence...

And the extremes of chaos

Memories keep promises made

From lessons learned we grow

Each day whispers

This is time...

Sunlight filters through

From broken darkness of night

Tears clear the storm clouds of the mind

Colours keep the view from fading

In remembrance we realize

That direction forward our path must be

Footsteps pledge distance

As emotions and feelings connect us to what we embrace

Hands hold onto hope

Faith keeps us here

Seasons through years are counted

For another tomorrow to be...

From birth to tragedy

And loss to victory

You can live and die...

All in a moment...

So our understanding is this...

You breathe in this whole world everyday

Starting with nothing upon the horizon

A simple break of light shinning bright
