Look long and deep into my eyes

Steady yourself in this moment

Breath...

Hold onto my hand tightly...

I will be here right by your side

Let free the boiling anger

Give way to the pain

Dig yourself out from underneath the mountain of disappointment

And let loose the lock upon the chains that are holding you down

Make your tears not of sadness

But let them cleanse your eyes

So you may see clearly now

You have every right to be happy

You deserve everything and more

But this hopeful wishing has you stranded

Frozen to the place where you stand

I worry greatly for you

I fear for your well being

Because of all the things that you are trying to hold onto and remember

Is erasing everything else within your life...

You are forgetting one very important thing

You've allowed yourself to become last on the list of options on your first hand priorities

Unfortunately, I cannot lead you

I can only offer you some guidance...

Come back to the world of the living

I miss the person that you use to be

I miss my friend...

So please...

Hold on by letting go of everything else.
