Its the moments counted...

Days remembered...

And images seen beyond understanding...

Each step is change

Forward motion is action taken

It's the hope found in the darkness

A light whispering your name...

Sometimes we are right where we belong

This path currently taken

We are human...

Our mistakes make us real

Reaching out is not weakness

Its proof of being brave

To embrace the helping hand gives us hope

There is strength in knowledge

From lessons learned comes conviction gained...

Allowing peace to mend the broken pieces of the past

The space between now and nothing

Is all that has not been given meaning

Definition of truth...

Make boundaries set

These are the limits of respect

With fair warning given

To not trespass beyond this line

Don't mistake the bitter for the sweet

Illusions carry no weight...

Take care with yourself...

Regardless of the balance from day to day

Keep your feet free to move

This day will end, and the next shall begin

With remembrance we breath in and out

These are the moments we all live for

Through existence we achieve

A realization made of the most important thing...

Memories are like pictures...

Of everything past...

Bringing the breath of remembrance...

Through the seasons time is counted

A daily journey where every day was not like yesterday

And every yesterday did not belong in tomorrow...

Like the dawn we rise with the chances of possibilities

Digging deep through the heaviness

And sheltering our hearts from the storm

Through those days that seemed to never end

To single seconds gone too fast...

Fragments of each are carried with us

Somewhere in the background of our minds

Reflections of what use-to-be find their way to the light

The fine line of balance is realized...

Forgiveness becomes survival...

The experiences that have taken root cannot be forgotten

Deep emotions within the soul of beings we reside

To understand the pain, is peace embraced

From a world filled to the brim with so many twist and turns

That the dust of time barely has a chance to settle...

We become the progress in betterment...

The proof is ingrained within the emotion of everything recalled

Because our state of being is not a forfeit

We are worth this effort in consideration

The right here and now, to the lost and broken...

We are living forever changed

With continuous motion forward in existence

We are the choice...

Not the sacrifice...

Trapped...

Thoughts circle back...

From beginning to end...

The details in the middle are what we seek

To find some definition and explanation

Images of perfection attempt to merge with the living

A voice forgets it's strength and power

Influence by others blurs the lines between imagination and real

Time counts the minutes passed...

Memories decide the choice

Between those things we are told that we should regret

And the lessons learned that we cannot forget...

This is reality known

Experiences lead to growth

Balanced between the light and darkness

A choice is made

To turn the pain into power...

An allowance can be given without offering total submission...

Boundaries have nothing to do with cruelty

There is no judgment cast

And contain no punishment

This is for peace...

A teaching tool used

It's respect to yourself

Because the senses know...

Warnings and bad feelings are not just for others

We are included as well

When you start lying to yourself

The damage done does not out weigh the loss....

This becomes the moment

Here and now...

The one you must pay attention to

Remember, that we are capable of healing ourselves

In mind...

Body...

And soul.

Mind in chaos...

A fog within the darkness...

Points of reference become lost

Decisions try to find the reason

The senses weigh the impossible

There was a beginning...

Have we found ourselves in the middle?

Because each day comes with its own start and end...

All moments are intertwined with the next

This is daily life, the one we are creating...

Footsteps forward lead away from yesterday

The next adventure keeps us wondering

Like a match struck, light finds the way

Let go of the fear in the shadows that haunt you

There is hope worth fighting for

Peace is found in the effort as we learn

The being has what it takes...

Strength is within conviction...

Forgiveness to yourself releases the heavy embrace

Allowance in knowledge gives the chance for change

The heart cannot be sorry for things it did not know

Let the eyes search through the heavens

Stars are like dreams, their existence lives beyond us

But that does not make them any less real

Breath...
