All
reason has fled
Compassion...
Kindness...
Respect...
The
cold bite of abandonment stings deep
Piercing
my already numb heart
Words
fail to form upon my tongue
Quivering
lips barely contain a whimper...
Thoughts
are thick
Heavy
with weight
Dragging
their way through the corridors of my mind
Empty
memories vanish
Leaving
holes in time already played
A
brief history made, now erased
Unanswered
questions mock my resolve to move on
Passed
the blood shed
My
senses sift through the sentences told
Between
truth and lie...
But
a line cannot be found
Who
knew happiness could spell out hell lived so quickly...
Tears
call out to a person who no longer exists
Finger
prints left stain my skin
The
last mark your touch ever made
All
things built
Now
burnt out ruin
All
of this feels more like a crime scene rather than love lost
This
is the nameless grave dug for my heart
Buried
deep beneath an unmarked stone...
